Make Sure Your Commission Balances!

The program works as follows:

6% Should a real estate agent other than myself bring an acceptable purchase offer for your home, a fee of 6% will be payable on that transaction.
5% Should my team bring an offer with no other agent involved, the fee payable would be 5%.
3% Should you promulgate a buyer, I will provide all services ordinarily included in completing a sale while accepting a fee of 3%. (Promulgating a buyer means that you would cause a purchaser to have an interest in your home without having seen your home with an agent, or been provided information on your home from an agent.)
